Quick Natural Fresh Fudge

Directions

Premix the ingredients.

​

pour into food processor while mixing cashew/cacao/carob (after it becomes powderized).

 

Blend the following ingredients in with a fork:

 

150-200 drops of liquid stevia (or powdered equivalent)

3 to 5 Tbs. of agave syrup

2 Tbs. real maple syrup

1 cup virgin coconut oil, which turns liquid above 76 degrees Fahrenheit (insert jar in a bowl of hot water to liquefy)

 

Process until smooth.

Spread on a cookie sheet (preferrably glass).

Freeze until "set."

Cut into desired portions and serve.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups raw cashew nuts (or nut of your preference)

  • 1/2 cup raw cacao powder

  • 1/2 cup raw powdered carob
